Fleet Safety & Productivity

Long Beverage makes fleet safety a priority and has partnered with Geotab technologies to utilize GPS tracking. A weekly driver scorecard is used to measure the safety of our fleet by monitoring key fleet metrics like speeding and harsh driving events, which in turn decrease collision rates. Live time tracking is used to measure delivery times and to dispatch any help that’s needed to get the delivery to our customer. This technology also provides live-time vehicle health through trouble codes from the vehicle’s computer, to help prevent unnecessary breakdowns while out servicing our customers.

Retail Space Planning offers store-specific, micro-merchandising and collaboration capabilities that efficiently optimize the position, performance, and layout of product categories for better alignment with local consumer demand.  Ensuring customers can find the products they want, when they want them determines whether those products are driving sales or drawing dust. Long Beverage uses Blue Yonder Space Planning which helps construct, manage, and optimize detailed retail planograms that enable companies to optimize merchandise space allocations and efficiently execute demand-driven category and assortment management plans.
