Dylon began his career in the beverage industry with Long Beverage in May 2001 and has been an integral part of the organization ever since. He started in Operations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business while serving in a variety of roles. During this time, Dylon earned several promotions, including Warehouse Manager.

In 2012, Dylon was promoted to Operations Manager, a role he held until December 2022, when he advanced to Director of Operations. With more than 21 years of industry experience, Dylon has developed into an effective and respected leader, continuing to work diligently to preserve and strengthen Long Beverage’s reputation as an industry leader.

Dylon is also a member of an exclusive collaborative group of 24 leading beverage wholesalers. This distinguished network represents more than half a billion cases in annual sales and is focused on driving operational excellence through knowledge sharing, best-practice exchange, and collective problem-solving. His involvement ensures Long Beverage remains at the forefront of innovation and operational efficiency within the industry.
