Bradley began his career with Long Beverage on the delivery trucks, steadily working his way through the organization. With experience spanning roles such as On-Premise Sales Manager and Director of Sales, his strong work ethic and deep industry knowledge ultimately led to his appointment as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Shore currently serves on the Molson Coors National Distributor Council and has previously held leadership roles on the Boards of the North Carolina Beer and Wine Wholesalers Association, the Constellation Operations Council, the New Belgium Distributor Council, and the MillerCoors POS Council.
